Privacy policy

We collect as little as we can, use it only to talk to you, and never sell it.

Who we are

Falkram Private Limited ("Falkram", "we") operates falkram.com and is the data controller (data fiduciary) for personal data collected through this website. Contact us about privacy at hello@falkram.com.

This policy covers the website only. When we process data on behalf of a client under a contract, that client's instructions and our agreement with them govern that processing.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, work email, company, timeline and the message you write. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss a possible engagement.

Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and requested pages) to operate and secure the site.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Private client document pages set a single strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in to that document for up to seven days.

Why we process it

We process contact-form data to respond to your request and take steps you ask for before a contract (or, where applicable, on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form). We process server logs for our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, such as our website host and email provider, under contracts that require them to protect it. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers process data outside India or your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact unless it becomes part of a client engagement, in which case the engagement contract governs retention. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our host.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, including under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU GDPR and the UAE PDPL, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires.

You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
